PM traction machine
With a cantilevered modular structure, the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine mechanism is made of high-quality modular cast iron and emphasizes product stability, thus effectively reducing the mechanical fatigue of support points, improving product's load bearing capacity and increasing service life by 20%. With a multi-level short magnetic circuit structure and short span concentrated winding, the motor features low heat emission and high efficiency, extends the service life and saves up to 20% energy. Its unique electromagnetic design reduces shaft current, dramatically decreases shaft failures, and improves work efficiency.
Door operator

Control system
The lift adopts a dual 32 bit control system. A MCU and DSP constitute the operating and driving control unit with independent security protection function and advanced vector control technology, and feature total CAN serial communication and high anti-interference capability. Its unique load compensation start technology with unloaded sensors adopts the distance principle to automatically generate the optimal deceleration curve to realize direct stop and increase the efficiency of the lift. The new type of PWM compensation technology is equipped with a monitoring device to disconnect the current during the stop, so as to effectively reduce the noise and wearing of the motor.
